SELLER’S REPRESENTATIONS:

a) As of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases. 

b) The Buyer at his/her own expense has 48 hours to have the dog examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect the dog; any claims must be made within this time period and will be verified by Seller’s own veterinarian.

c) Buyer may return dog to Seller for a full refund for any reason within 48 hours of purchase, providing Buyer agrees to pay all transportation costs to vom Haus Gochi German Shepherd Kennels.

d) Dog must carry vom Haus Gochi German Shepherd Kennel Name  

1 YEAR HIPS/ELBOWS GUARANTEE:  The puppy is guaranteed by vom Haus Gochi German Shepherds to certify as being Excellent, Good, or Fair at one years of age provided the following conditions are met:

a)       The dog must be x-rayed and submitted to OFA for preliminary evaluation by 12 months of age.

b)       The dog has not been abused or involved in any type of accident where bones were broken or bruised.

c)       The dog has been properly nourished and exercised.

d)       The dog must not be bred before two years of age and the Seller received the OFA report.

e)       The dog must be kept thin and not overweight.

f)        Kennel has been provided with dated photos of dog, receipts for quality dog food, veterinarian reports, and OFA report.

If dog does not certify as Excellent, Good, or Fair therefore is dysplastic; and the conditions above have been met:  the Buyer can keep the dog, and receive a replacement puppy as soon as appropriate puppy becomes available, but not necessarily the same breeding.  Proof of spay or neuter is required before honoring guarantee.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of CALIFORNIA, in the County of ORANGE.  It is agreed the place of venue shall be in Orange County, CALIFORNIA.

LIMITATION OF CONTRACT

This Contract applies to the original dog only and not transferable to a second party.
